This is a purchase of an application to submit to become a Windsor's Guardian.
Purchase does not guarantee you will be selected or you will get to choose the puppy.
Windsor Cavaliers will retain full ownership of the puppy until all contract terms have been met. Contract terms may vary puppy to puppy.
Windsor Cavaliers has the exclusive rights to choose what puppy they offer to whom at their absolute discretion and to take back physical ownership if contract has been violated.
Must live within 2 hours of Nibley, UT.
